Registration for the Autism Serves Kids Care Club
How do I register my kid(s)
Registration is pretty simple. We will walk you through the process. At this time there is no online registration so you will need to print out the forms and either email them to kidscareclub@autismempowerment.org or mail them to us at Autism Empowerment, P.O. Box 871676, Vancouver, WA 98687. Due do COVID-19, we will be starting our 6th season online in October 2020 via Zoom.

- Step 2: Fill out an Individual Youth Profile (IYP) ASKidsCareClubIYP
What is an IYP? This is a form to help us best serve your child. We find out about their strengths, sensory challenges and learning styles. Having this information helps our volunteer leaders create a more autism-friendly and sensory-friendly volunteering experience for all involved (youth, volunteers and parents).

- Step 5: Email all forms to kidscareclub@autismempowerment.org or bring them to your first meeting.
Paying for the Club
For the 2020-2021 season, we are waiving membership fees. The traditional cost of the club is $30.00 per child for the club year or $50 per family if you have more than one child participating. There is no cost for parents or adult volunteers. This can be paid for by check, cash or credit card.
Scholarships
We don’t want to anybody to not have an opportunity to volunteer so we do have need-based scholarships available. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please turn in this form also. YouthScholarshipApplication
